Privacy notice

This notice covers onetwoit.com, the informational website of OneTwo Tech Inc.

Information you choose to send

This company website does not provide checkout, customer accounts, photo uploads, or a newsletter signup form. Its email links open your email application. If you email support@moodincase.com, your message can include your email address, name, order reference, and any other information you choose to provide.

The business inquiry helper prepares an email draft locally in the page. It does not submit the entered business name, case requirements, quantities, destination, timing, or notes to this website, save them in browser storage, or send them to our analytics. Opening the email link passes the draft to your chosen email application; copying uses your device's clipboard. You must send the email yourself. Your email provider's privacy practices also apply.

We use your inquiry to respond about the proposed project and, where relevant, route it to the appropriate team. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, customer address lists, or identity documents in a general inquiry. Retail product purchases and artwork submissions take place on the selected storefront and are covered by that storefront's privacy notice. Ask our team how to provide business production files after discussing the project.

Website delivery and optional analytics

The website is hosted through Sites. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the service. Their processing and retention are governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand page visits, approximate audience geography, clicks to our seven storefronts, and clicks from informational pages to the business quote page. The business_inquiry_open event contains only the source page path and the fixed quote-page destination, not inquiry fields, email text, or link query strings. An entry click is not a submitted inquiry. Analytics is disabled on the business-printing and quote-preparation pages. Google receives technical information needed to process these visits. Analytics uses first-party cookies with a configured lifetime of 90 days; repeat visits may refresh that lifetime. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals, and we do not send email addresses, order numbers, uploaded photos, or a customer account ID. Page URL query strings and fragments are excluded from our configured page information.

You can decline without losing access to any content. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops this site's analytics and removes its known analytics cookies; it does not retroactively erase information already processed. We store your choice in your browser so you do not have to choose on every page. We also disable analytics when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Browser restrictions and declined consent mean the reports do not count every visitor.

Google processes information under its privacy policy. This notice does not cover the separate storefronts' measurement or checkout services. No advertising pixel is installed on this company website.

Privacy questions

Email support@moodincase.com with “OneTwo website privacy” in the subject. If the question concerns a purchase or an uploaded design, identify the storefront so it can be routed correctly. You can use this contact to ask about information you sent us or request its correction or deletion; how a request can be fulfilled depends on the information involved and applicable obligations.

First-party visit measurement

When you choose “Allow analytics,” the website also sends a limited event to our private operations dashboard at data.onetwoit.cn. It includes a random 30-minute session ID, the page path, permitted campaign labels, the referring website hostname, and the destination brand when you click a store link. The event does not include URL query strings, email addresses, order numbers, photos, or account IDs. The dashboard does not store the visitor IP address or browser user-agent in its event table. These consent-based counts begin when this feature is enabled and do not represent every visitor.

When you decline analytics, this first-party event is not sent and the active session ID is removed from your browser. Declining does not delete data already processed.
